Itinerary Query

My arrival date is August 17th! I live here already and theres a 2 night event during the nights that Friday and Saturday that I am attending! I just want to ensure that my training won't coincide but Im not sure cause I havent gotten the itinerary yet. How is the first week for character attendants? Is training normally at night? Hope you guys understand! Thanks!
