Galaxy buds3 FE cutting my ear

Hi! I don't know the proper protocols for this sub so forgive me if I make a mistake!

This is my 3rd pair of Galaxy buds, I just recently upgraded from the Galaxy bud pros. I loved them but after dropping them hundreds of times the left bud was starting to give up lol. So far the buds3 FE are great, the noise blocking especially is miles better than my last pair! But I noticed a pain in my ear a couple of days ago. At first I thought it was from overuse but I noticed that the skin was actually bleeding a little. I checked and it's right where the cut out at the top is. I was thinking of covering it with something but I don't know if that will affect the connections, etc. Has anyone had this same issue and solved it?
