Calls and puts available on shares?

Hi all, hope you have a wonderful day wherever your reading this from.

My question is: can we buy calls, puts, and besides that go short on stocks in degiro? All kind of stocks, or selected ones?

I have a basic account where I just buy shares. I wonder if the things I look for are doable in degiro when switching to a trader account. But I also do wonder to which type of trader account, because there are 2 of them?
