Managing more accounts got more confusing than I expected

When I only had a few accounts, I just used Chrome profiles and didn't really think about it. It worked okay for a while. After I started handling more, I noticed I kept checking if I was on the right account. A couple of times I even opened the wrong one because I was switching too fast. Now I keep things more separated. I use an anti-detection browser for some accounts and cloud phones for others. It's not because it's perfect or anything, it just helps me keep everything in its own place. The only downside is it takes more time to set up, and opening a bunch of profiles isn't as fast as a normal browser. Nothing fancy, just a setup that makes it easier for me to stay organized. Anyone else changed their workflow after managing more accounts?
