Has anyone had experiences with Zoloft side effects that involve severe amplified OCD obsessions/anxiety on first day of taking them?

So I’m just now realizing this but tonight I basically had my worst case scenario happen where I posted something on Reddit and everyone was like, so mean?? I mean and it seemed like the full majority agreed too.

Anyways, when this happened I started panicking like, hard core. I was obsessively replying to comments trying so hard to not come across as a bad person, and trying to convince everyone, pretty much that I’m not a burden, and yeah, it affected me so much.

But what got to me is exactly how much it did, I mean it caused me (and tbh still kind of is, to a lessening degree) to question me as a person entirely and I kept thinking purely catastrophic thoughts, my moral OCD was going crazy, like “oh my god, all this time I’ve thought I was a good person but really I’m a bad person” and “wow no one is ever gonna get me in this world so maybe I shouldn’t be here”, and I was even briefly suicidal and had to text a helpline.

And I mean, like my anxiety and stuff like that is really bad ngl, but I feel like it was strange how it felt truly like the end of the world to me, so I’m wondering if somehow the Zoloft could’ve caused that? Can Zoloft even cause side effects like this on the first day? And if so can someone give me advice on how to deal with it because it’s pretty bad
