Questions abouts Appalachian myths

Hi!

I have already searched the sub but could not find a clear answer.

My gf and me heard about some spooky stories/myths about the Appalachian mountains (like not opening the windows, or the crying at night) and we would like to watch a documentary or something about it.

I could only find docs about the history, which are also great, but we were missing more info on the myths!

I would appreciate any recommendations.
