It would be very funny if the gamble frame was meta at gambling

This will never happen but it would be very funny and thematic :

Tau seems to have a whole casino thing, with probably a few (at least one confirmed) mini-games involving chance and gambling.

Now, Koumei has been memed as the Gambling frame, but more specifically, her whole thing is changing fates. Loading the dice so the future chosen is the better one.

(Which, now that I think of it... the new quest implications could use her help no?)

Anyway, it would be funny if playing Koumei actually gave you better odds in the casino.

Then you get the 10 Luck Fallout New Vegas treatment and get banned (Koumei is, you get back with a new frame).

Outside of Brysko and the typical Noir unlucky detective vibe, which Frame would be the unluckiest? (Operator doesn't count, their misery is too powerful it would be cheating)
