This game needs Role Queue

This game desperately needs a role queue like Overwatch. I’m tired of getting into matches with three selfish DPS players and no healer or tank. Team composition shouldn’t be decided by whoever insta-locks their favorite hero first. Role queue would make matches so much more balanced and enjoyable.
