Appeal for Toxicity Ban Reduction / Alexander Ivanov (kiyyyo-_-)

Dear FACEIT Support Team,

My name is Alexander Ivanov (FACEIT: kiyyyo). I am writing to sincerely apologize for the toxic behavior that led to my 1-year ban, and to respectfully request a review of my penalty.

I fully admit my guilt and take complete responsibility for my actions. During that time, I was suffering from severe burnout, playing over 500 matches in just 3 months while desperately trying to reach a higher level. In that specific match at 2700 ELO, I let my frustration get the better of me. When a teammate's playstyle didn't match my expectations, I lost control and became highly toxic. That was completely unacceptable. Regardless of how anyone else plays, I had no right to ruin the environment and insult others.

Over the past 3 months of this ban, I have done a lot of self-reflection. Competitive CS and the FACEIT platform mean everything to me; my ultimate dream is to reach the professional scene. Losing access to this has been devastating, and I realize I only have myself to blame.

To ensure this never happens again, I have completely restructured my approach to the game. I realized that non-stop grinding leads to mental fatigue and emotional outbursts. I have now established a strict practice schedule with mandatory full rest days on weekends to protect my mental health and prevent burnout. I have learned to manage my emotions and focus solely on my own performance, utilizing the "mute" button instead of the microphone when frustrated.

I know I made a huge mistake, but I am asking from the bottom of my heart for a second chance. If it is possible to reduce my ban (for example, to 6 months), I promise you will never see another community guideline violation from me. I want to prove that I can be not only a strong player but also a respectful and positive teammate.
