Internship Rant (need to talk)

Hey everyone 19M here I just wanted to rant about my internship I joined this fuckass internship in May cause I was bored and it was offering a role in my interest ie digital marketing along with stipend and lor from the last 2-3 weeks me and my boss just argue cause the fucktard doesn’t know how he’s running a company bro is so cheap ass he’s making other interns delete emails so that email storage doesn’t get full can’t even afford a 40-50 rupees per month subscription as a newly learnt digital marketer I do use ai for most of the things but do know how to do it manually the guy just contradicts what he says himself and expect me to re do all the work I did or not did based on the earlier instruction the company has a destroyed chain of command idiot wants me to coordinate both with him and a supervisor and not surprisingly they both contradict themselves too he even wants that I should work with other interns

For example he’s constantly going on and on about making posts on Reddit but the subreddits don’t allow us to post with cta or even a basic blog/text type post as it comes under self promotions I told him that (his account got banned before I joined I somehow recovered it ) your account will get banned again but he doesn’t want to understand and wants me to take help from an intern whose sole work is to send emails

I have to move abroad next year for my masters and the LOR is the only reason I am still stuck in this bullshit waiting for 21st Aug so that it ends quickly

Mf also has a problem when I deny to do some work which doesn’t come under my department and in early days I used to praise the guy as he was really cooperative but now I just want to smack him so hard idk 🤷‍♂️
