[M4F] Naughty sport medical visit with a female doctor

Today me, a 40 years old male from Italy, had to go for a routine sport medical visit, in order to find out any issue with my fit but used body. I have a long history of sports and quite recently gym, and due to some exceeding efforts I'm finding myself with quite some ailments here and there: my legs, neck and back feel like being stressed too much.

Then there is you, a female doctor, fresh out of medical school, specialized in massotherapy, visiting patients in the small studio right in the gym complex. It's up to you to decide your behaviour and attitude, beware that this room is not locked and we can hear the music and some voices outside the thin walls and the door. A tiny hallway grants a bit of protection, since once entered there is at least a couple of meters before reaching the desk and medical bed for the visit.

Not actually knowing what the visit would be, I present myself with a black shirt, and gym pants. Under those a pair of tiny white boxers, which I know can describe quite easily my shapes under the soft fabric.

Limits and kinks are the usual most common ones, so no violence, gore and such.

It would be a plus if there is experience in past roleplays, slow and detailed ones are preferred, no rush or I won't be interested in going on.
