Obsession with readings

I have been struggling recently, I am at this pivotal stage where my grades determine my next step in my career. Recently it feels like everyday I am in a tik tok live or on this sub reddit looking for answers on what my grades will look like. I want to know if anyone else has been through this and what I can do to stop being in my head especially because I have been getting mixed answers which is stressing me out more. 😭😭
