Two bedroom apartment

Hi everyone,

My brother and I are currently looking for a 2 bedroom apartment to rent, but we're struggling because we don't meet the standard credit check requirements. We're both students, so our uncle is applying on our behalf and will be responsible for the lease. We can also provide proof that rent will be paid consistently and on time.

Does anyone know of privately listed rentals, or is it possible to speak directly to a property owner or property manager to explain our situation? We'd really appreciate the chance to be considered based on our ability to pay rather than just our credit profile.
