Pet hates

Hate when customers ask for ‘just a coffee’ like cmon the sign above me clearly states what we have. And we’re just a small independent business so don’t have loadsss of options just your basic ones. Then when I say ‘just an Americano with milk on the side?’ I often get ‘no?! A latte’. Like pls just say a latte then. Another one we get so often is people asking for ‘extra hot’ drinks, like I can’t make ur americano any hotter it’s literally boiling water, and always pains me making a ‘extra hot’ primarily milk based drink as the milk is basically burnt at that point
