Coffee culture

Why coffee culture in lhr has grown so much in just little time? Is it a status thingy now? Also, let's assume you go all stylish and nicely dress to cafes to impress others, but kya faida? You guys don't even have good communication skills. Cbtl's coffee is so ass yet mostly people drink it? What mind of obsession this is? Just a general question
