confusion in choosing college

oki so im getting both equally bad tier 3 clgs , college 1 is cheaper cos its in my home town, college 2 is a bit expensive cos of hostel costs.
but college 1 is in lucknow and college 2 is in ghazaibad (since ghaziabad is closer to delhi , i think i will have more off campus stuff i can do to build my resume)
Also my house is very toxic (i get beaten and shi at home sometimes 😭), so staying in hostel will not be good for my mental health, and also i have barely any freedom to do anything at my house..
I'm very confused what to do here.
