How much po normally ang preselling rates?

The nearest branch initially offered 2,650 to me waived joining fee and first month. So upon joining, keyfob lang babayaran. After haggling, the lowest na daw is 2,350 but I have to pay the 1k joining fee + keyfob upon joining. Free first month din.

May presale sa Libis which is near me lang din naman so idk if I should just wait for it? Magkano ba normally ang presellibg rates? Or is the rate I got okay na?
