solo founder, one month later. still looking for a co-founder or founding engineer.

Looking for Cofounder

I posted here a few weeks ago about building agent commerce for one specific industry. Some good conversations came out of it, but no match yet. So here's a more honest follow-up.

The product is real and live. It's an AI agent that runs the entire back office for a specific type of service business: comms, ops (enabling agent commerce), and marketing. On top of that, the businesses become directly discoverable and bookable by other AI agents (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), which is where I think the next few years of commerce actually go.

The hard part works. That's not a pitch line; it's the thing I've spent months getting right: the money paths, the multi-tenant isolation, the guardrails so the LLM never moves money on its own.

Now the honest part: being a solo founder is hard. Not in the romantic "grind" way, in the boring way. Every week I'm the engineer, the designer, the sales team, and the ops person, and progress is slower than the idea deserves. So, honestly, still looking for the one to go all in with me;

What I'm looking for:

  • a co-founder or founding engineer, ideally an AI engineer or a forward-deployed engineer type. Someone who can sit with a real customer, see what breaks, and ship the fix the same day.
  • comfortable with early-stage reality: equity-heavy, ambiguity, direct contact with users.

If you want, we can do a work trial. We pick a real problem in the product, work on it together for a week, and both of us find out if this works before anyone commits to anything. And meeting onsite is not off the table; I would love that more. I am based in SF; let me know, and we can meet.

If any of this sounds like you, or you just want to see the product, DM me. I'll show you the live thing, not a deck.
