Hey everyone! We're looking for a skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing remote creative team at TalentPop App.

If you have an eye for scroll-stopping visuals, love editing short-form content (Reels/TikToks/UGC), and want a flexible remote role working with modern e-commerce brands, we’d love to check out your portfolio!

Compensation & Hours

• Pay: minimum $4USD/ hour
• Setup: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere)
• Schedule: Full-time / Part-time

What You’ll Be Doing

• Crafting high-converting graphics, banners, and social assets for e-commerce brands.
• Editing short-form videos for Reels, TikToks, UGC, and paid ad campaigns.
• Collaborating with marketing teams to align visuals with brand standards.
• Staying updated on the latest design and video trends.
• Keeping our digital asset library organized.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1+ years in graphic design and/or video editing.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showing both static graphics and video projects (e-commerce or social media focus is a huge plus!).
• Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Skills: Strong eye for layouts, motion, and social media ad best practices.
• Reliability: Great time management, self-motivated, and comfortable in a remote setup.

Tech Requirements

• Personal PC/Laptop (Minimum Intel i5 / Ryzen 5 equivalent or higher).
• Reliable internet connection (Minimum 25 Mbps download/upload).
