Felsworn Tank items / How to see bis

Hello,

Is there any place where I could check what the bis items are for my class / spec, i've been using bisbeard so far but sometimes it doesnt make sense.

Screen 1 here it shows me an INT items as bis for felsworn tank...

Screen 2 it doesnt equip the highest score item, and the highest score item is a heroic version of an item, the mythic version has lower score which makes no sense

Where can i see my bis item? I have several good items of the same category (necklace, belt...) but i dont know which one is actually better than the other.

Thank you,
