25m - Subungual Hematoma

I dropped a fairly heavy object, about 60lbs from a height of around 2 feet onto my foot and it crushed my toe.

It’s been around 9 hours since then and I thought it’d be fine and it didn’t feel serious except for the initial awful pain; it didn’t look crooked, feel numb or anything that might signify a break or fracture.
I thought about going to urgent care to get it checked, but my financial situation isn’t the best.

The main issue is just the pressure/pain from the blood buildup underneath the nail, I know it can be resolved easier within 24 hours from a podiatrist but I’d rather not go to a doctor.

My main question is, what would the risks be for this and does it look like a risk for the nail itself to lift/detach?

The buildup under the nail has steadily continued, at first it was a small 1/4 section, but it has steadily scaled to be 1/2 or more of the nail within the 9 hours.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks-
