I was falsely accused of not doing my job.
Basically what the title says. I’m a style team consultant and i was called into an informal meeting by an ETL and shown a picture of a single box of cat and jack accessories that I “failed to push” and that I was hurting the team by leaving more work behind for everyone else when I clocked out. I asked my ETL later after the meeting when this picture was took and he responded with July 29th. My suspicion was that someone threw me under the bus for their mistake and the ETL/TL believed it since i am relatively new. The problem is that on July 29th i have a picture of my assignment sheet on 7/29 that states I am explicitly in MIP with a focus on priorities, truck push, and zone for that area only (And i was never asked to push for BGI on the side) Obviously, MIP has nothing to do with Cat and Jack at all, and those accessories i was shown were not under my purview, however the ETL brought up that i’m still under my 90 days and that mistakes like this are more significant, which caused me a lot of unnecessary stress about my job security because of the mistake he made. So i guess my question is, now that i have proof that i didn’t do anything wrong, should I go back to my ETL? or is this an HR issue?
