Instagram Algorithm Changes maybe July 28th??

I need a support group cause since last week around July 28th, my reels tanked for the first time this year where I was just trickling in a couple hundred of views.

I’m a 60k account, and normally I get 2000+ views in the first 10-20 minutes and hit 1-5 million views every few posts. I posted something 4 hours ago that doesnt even hit 3k views.

I’ve been so stressed that I’ve lost 5 days of sleep over it cause this is my only job right now and I just finished an ad campaign and now I feel like a failure. The only thing I’ve been doing to stay afloat is stupid DM bait like “send this video to a friend” etc. it’s not very fulfilling work to create stuff like that
