Thoughts on an animated series or biopic about a presidency?

I have had interest for an animated series or biopic based around a presidency, i've thought about how it'll work out. It could either be an animated biopic film centered around a certain president/time period of US history or an anthological animated series covering each president could work out (with each presidency having dedicated episodes, the amount depending on their significance).

Personally i'd prefer if it was animated in 2D and avoiding using too much dramatization or fictionalization. Something relatively adjacent to an animated documentary. However I don't mind the use of heavy action scenes or potentially graphic imagery. Particularly I would be in favor of something with a darker tone, going in detail about the disturbing subjects occurring during the presidencies.

An animated depiction of a presidency was something I have had in concept and wanted to create it sometime in the future. (I've looking forward to being an animator as a profession in the future.) The specific concept in mind is a 2D animated work, for the art direction I've specifically went with is an anime-influenced or semi-realistic style. Concept artwork is currently in process.
