Antidepressants not metabolizing?

27F obese with pcos and gallbladder removal Induced daily diaherra, upper dull abdominal pain. Including this information to see if it plays a role but for the last year or so I’ve been getting withdrawals while actively on my antidepressants with nothing changing. I use to go accidentally a few days with no withdrawals now it’s mostly mild withdrawals with just a few hours of relief. It’s like my body is not absorbing it?
