M23 Possible side effects from Oral fin

I've been experiencing suprapubic pain for the past 1 week. Initally, when I started taking oral finasteride, about 10 days from it, i had a very bad painful episode, but the GP diagnosed it to be UTI but no other symtpoms. This made me doubtful and for second opinions i went to a urologist, who said it couldn't be due to finasteride. But after stopping it for a week and starting it again, I got a mild pain in the same area after 2 weeks. It's still there. Has anyone experienced the same? For the context, I started treatment a month ago.
