I need your help with my Kefine Klean headphones, as I’m certainly no expert in this field.

I bought them in January 2026 and have used them solely for gaming. They are the USB-C model with a built-in microphone. I use an extension cable to connect them to my PC, but the problem persists even when connecting them directly or switching to a different PC port.

Recently, they started having the issue mentioned in the title.

After just over an hour of use, the sound becomes muffled. It sounds really bad. I also get the feeling that, at that point, one of the two earpieces performs worse than the other.
