I’m trying to find a fanfic of Sam and Colby!!!

I don’t remember the name of the book or author but I remember pieces and I’m dying to reread it I know it a Colby x reader or maybe oc but the female main character is from a country town she’s in la she starts dating Colby I’m pretty sure he proposes on her birthday but she got a call saying her father was having an medical emergency she turns down the proposal and rushes home to I believe a farm where and stays there with her mother father and her brother I believe sam finds her a a bonfire and she’s talk to a dude named hunter I think she may have a small dog called pumpkin
