Play and reading order?

Ok ok so I’ve been playing the original done arc girl and just finished akiha route and then I gotta do the maids, then I’m pretty sure I play plus? And there’s this new VN I never knew about which is called Kagetsu Tohya? I play this after plus I’m pretty sure then it’s remake? And then I know there’s manga and then the melty blood series but i don’t really understand the game order or canon cuss i heard it’s a kinda sequel but also prequel? And idk about the manga at all so I just need help understanding after I finish the remake what do I either read or play next? And trying to understand the story and lore cause the lore is absolutely fantastic anyway thank you so much sorry for yapping
