Help me decide what version of the 9060 xt to get

Okay I’m thinking of upgrading from my rx 6600 xt to a 9060 xt. I’m not sure if I should get the 8GB version or save the extra 100 ish dollars for the 16 gb version. Also I have a 550 watt power supply would I need to upgrade that as well? Thanks!
