What have I done with my time. 2 years gone just gaming after discovering fitgirl. Played all games I wanted in my childhood but my career is non-existent and I see no way out

I found out my intel iris xe pc can also run high end games too. I had intel hd graphics 620 in childhood and only could play few games like Far cry, Just cause, sleeping dogs. I dream of having good pc to play games on.

I was like 21 when getting a new laptop so i can do web development. I found out I can play high end games too despite not having graphics card.

I felt I could never play games like Cyberpunk, Dead Island 2, etc but I was able to play them all.

RDR2, GTA5, Far cry series, Wolfenstein series, Dying light etc.

Then I found out about fitgirl and I don't even need to spend money on games as I couldn't even spend on graphics card. Then I got no excuses.

Every single games I wanted in childhoo I played them and other new ones too.

Fast forward to today, it's almost 2 years. I haven't code or learn anything.

AI is evolvoing so rapidly and I have tons of things to catch up.

My parents think I was just learning all the time but I was just playing games.

I'm so scared now, at 23 I am hopless and If I used that 2 years to learn than play games, I would have been so far ahead in career.

Now I'm just unemployeed person who is going to revise web development which AI can take over anytime and will be applying for work.

The only thing I did was gaming.

Cause I didn't have graphics card, I played most of them in 30-40fps but It was more than enough.

I am thankful to fitgirl but also sad that I discovered I could play games on my pc cause such a big time wasted.
