Feedback on YouTube channel

Hello, I’ve been working on my channel for the last 6 months practically every day and got 17 stories up.
I know that I use AI for the thumbnails and the story artwork, but I use my voice for the narration. I put in 10+ hours of work into each video that’s about 30-40min long, and idm, I’m trying to make good quality.

I honestly got inspired by a fully ai horror narration channel called Spectral Echoes, but the ai voice ruined his formula for me, and I’m trying to make a similar lane channel but obviously higher quality and not all ai. I’ve been religiously listening to creepypastas almost daily for over 10 years and have a personal interest in high tier horror.

What would be the first things that stand out to you on where I could improve?
