Is 5 days office mandatory in bench

I joined EY July 22, I was informed 5 days wfo is mandatory while I'm in bench. But in rto it shows only 2 days. Is it just bluff from management side like every other orgainization or will they track it. I'm in probation period will it affect if I'm not going to office all 5 days?
