Hows your experience with Spendbase?

We got few credit allotted via them, however never knew about their terms ( Sometimes we tick terms & conditional without fully reading it ) .. I always thought they are great souls working for betterment humanity :)

I got the surprise email now.

As agreed in the terms, you have two pathways to choose from:

Option 1 (Join AWS Organization): You join our AWS Organization so we can route the credits, track utilization, and manage ongoing billing/optimizations.

Option 2 (One-Time Flat Fee): If you prefer not to join our AWS Organization, a one-time flat fee of 25% on the total credits secured applies instead. For example, on $100,000 in credits, this would be a single invoice of $25,000 with no ongoing organization monitoring required.

Please suggest what can be done?
