My little sister (11) recently stole two Vapes from my mother, and is genuinely disgusting.

For context, she is 11 years old turning 12 in December. She is going into 6th grade on the 6th. Recently I learned she stole two vapes from my mother, and she refuses to clean her room with clothes and a little bit of food waste in there.

My sister has not been abused (kinda, our grandma is pretty abusive and we lived with her for a while and legally are still living with her, but we stay our mom's a lot) she has not been assaulted in any way (to my knowledge) and she has not been anything that I think would cause her to do this.

She has friends that are from the ages of 11 to 13, she used to be a very sweet girl, a little crazy! But that's off of the point... She has tiktok, YouTube, Snapchat and probably some more apps. She's had pictures of somebody else's size that had cut marks on them, and she has consistently used our mom (like saying stuff that are just believable enough that it would make sense. "I'm not strong enough" yada yada.)

Now back to her friends, as I said her friends I would say are good people in some sense, they do not make it activities like ding dong ditching yada yada. But one of the things that happened a while ago was I dated this girl, and I was looking through her phone as a joke and I seen she was friends with my sister too (well I already knew this but) I look through the messages and some of the pictures sent were somebody else's thighs (I wasn't able to see what the actual message thread was about just the pictures) and a vape with my sister saying her boyfriend got it for her.

I reported this to my mother, my mom confronted her about it. Some stuff happened and apparently the vape wasn't hers, and it was just a picture she got off of Pinterest (which was a lie because I reversed image searched it and absolutely nothing came up)

What would be some things we could do, and I'm sorry if the story is direct on and on and on or spelling mistakes it is 4:46 a.m. and I have gotten absolutely zerosleep. I also use a voice to text for writing about anything so ask me really anything if you do want me to re say something
