Pilot C74 feed replacements/swap with other pilot pens

i sent my pilot C74 sfm for tuning at a local shop cuz it wouldnt write with 0 pressure.

i suspect that theyve widen the feed channel because it writes too wet for my liking and theres not much line variation anymore.

Im wondering if you can buy replacement feeds from pilot or any other brands that will fit

i have a few pilot preras as well is it possible to swap the feed from that to my c74?
