Thanks again to everyone who helped with my QC post. The bag arrived safely, and honestly it looks better in person than it did in the final photos.

Item: Kelly 25

Leather: Epsom

Color: 01 White

Hardware: Palladium hardware

The bag feels very well put together. The Epsom grain is clear and even, the shape is structured without looking overly stiff, and the proportions look right to me. The white is clean and bright, but not harsh under indoor lighting.

The stitching is neat, the stamp is clear, and the hardware has a nice polished finish. I was especially checking the handle base and the corners because those were the areas I kept zooming in on before it arrived. Both look much better in person.

My only small complaint is that the shoulder strap feels a little stiff right now. I’m hoping it softens slightly with use, but it’s not something that bothers me enough to affect how I feel about the bag.

Communication with Mo was straightforward and efficient. She answered what I asked, sent extra close-ups when I needed them, and didn’t make the process feel complicated. The wait for the final photos felt long at the time, but the result was worth it.

I’m very happy with this one and would feel comfortable going back to Mo again.
