Samsung AQ12MSDN is split AC but remote ARC-1382 does not support it?

Hi guy,

I have an old but perfectly functioning AC, in title.

I never had a remote for it, i used a universal one with more or less success.

I wanted to buy an original remote, google says ARC-1382 is the original, but sources i found say it does not support heat option? How come a split AC comes with a remote does not support half the features?
