Has anyone actually used Blue Guardian? Reviews?

I keep seeing Blue Guardian mentioned but I can't tell if the reviews online are real or just affiliates pushing their links.

Has anyone here actually traded with them for a few months? How are the spreads and do they actually process withdrawals on time?
