Is this a warning sign?

Hi, basically what the title says. I live in a coastal city with a lot of forest as well, and whenever I am outside with the guy, he will pretend to throw me in the ocean or in a tall grass patch with thistle by grabbing both of my arms from the back and dragging me. He will only stop dragging me until the very last minute and honestly at first I thought it was some weird kind of joke but now it happens every time and I do start to get scared. I don’t know if I’m overreacting
