Gel pen - Answer Writing

Same as the title.

My mentor asked me to write with gel pen. And i tried after 4 years, feels bit weird cause I'm not used to do it and it gets sweaty after sometime.

It is getting finished after writing for 2 good hours.

Can you recommend good gel pens? And why did mentor tell me to switch tho? Speed factor?
