Gran Turismo 4 Spec II (1.10) – is chase camera in B-Spec possible?

Has anyone managed to get a normal chase camera behind the car in B-Spec in Spec II (v1.10)?

I’d really like to run endurance races in B-Spec while still having the same chase view as in A-Spec, if it’s technically achievable.
