My adopted cat hasn't eaten for three days, what to do?

Hi! I adopted a cat on 1st of August and she hasn't eaten since (3-4 days). I've tried leaving wet food near her hiding places, but she ignores it (same with dry food).

She still drinks water and uses litter box fine.

I use all the same food she had at shelter.

I'm really worried. To be honest I'm also afraid to force feed her bc of the possibility she might get even more stressed and then all other progress might nullify.

I want to try and maybe heat up more wet food and leave a few treats again, and then just leave for a day, maybe that would help?
