Help I am cooked guys

So I was hust fooling atound with the particle command in a world (this world is VERY valuable to me, as it contains a map that me and a friend has been working on for a LOT of time. i dont have backups either) and i made it so that a lot of particles appeared in a large area atound every player in the eorld (only me) for like a really cool atmospheric effect. the command i used was /execute at @ a run particle minecraft:flame ~ ~ ~ 30 30 30 0 400 normal (i think so) in a repeating command block. for some GODFORSAKEN reason, I replaced the flame with elder guardian (i was testing out many other particles too) i thought it was the beam that guardians shot, but it was actually the jumpscare of the guardian. When i put that my screen got covered with hundreds if the particle and my game immediately froze (so did my pc) and i was softlocked from that world

I have tried a resource pack to remove the jumpscare and set my particles to minimal, but it still wont work

someone help me 😭😭
