Help finding an artist

I want to find the Instagram account of a male artist who draws a comic with no fixed storyline, whose main character is a red-haired boy who is a killer or yandere and had a toxic relationship with a short-haired brunette who was an artist, and for some reason they broke up, and the boy goes to a blue-eyed, blonde-haired psychologist and ends up liking her and stalking her.
