1990 ls 400 Lexus

I got a 1999 Toyota Camry that started acting up. So I need a new car. I’m a fan of older cars. Hate the way newer cars are made. Also not in my budget to have a car payment. Found one that seems to be good. Just curious if it’s a good idea to be a commuter car. I know the gas and mileage. Not an issue for me. But I’m curious if anyone currently owns one, and how long they run for. As long as your doing maintenance etc.

I wanna know if it can be as reliable as a Camry. Or if they are not worth maintaining.
I have an 1hr commute to work from home. At least 4 times a week. I drive everywhere. Some weeks I even do 2hr trips outta town and back.

The Lexus I’m looking at has around 180k miles. Seems to be maintenance well. But has had a fuel injector misfire in the past that has now been fixed. It’s also my dream car and for the price I found it at with good paper work. It’s feeling like a good idea.

But I also don’t wanna mess this car up if I’m using it as a commuter. Just wanna get some thoughts if it can survive my lif
