no ATM in my village

hey, I live in small village near Nha Trang and we don’t have ATM, and i have to ride 30 min to nearest one. Want to know if there are any options to pay digitally without ATMs. One guy shared LocalPay as a way he pays using QRs — what was your experience, do you know where i can open it?
