Some advice how to advance this build.

Hi guys recently got some lucky drops with my flicker strike build so I wanted to ask some good ways to advance it. Its only my 3rd league so Im still new to the game and having quite a hard time to figure out some good ways to advance the build on my own. Its the flicker strike build from Magefist.

I browsed poe ninja and looked at some similar flicke strike builds. I think my main areas of improvments are either the rings or a weapon swap to Paradoxica or something else?

Got a budget of around 200 divs.
