BND end scenes (Spoilers)

When Peter is leaving the hospital he walks through a crowd of onlookers. Part way through a boy on his father's shoulders looks at him and smiles while doing the thwip.

Did anyone else feel like that was potentially Miles Morales?

Maybe I'm putting too much stock in a small scene just meant to raise Peter's morale. But that moment, to me, felt important.
