okay unpopular opinion but I actually don't hate AI screening as step one

hear me out, if AI is just being used for the first round to handle repetitive screening, i'm kinda okay with it. I'd rather have recruiters spend less time asking the same basic questions over and over again and more time actually talking to candidates who make it through

as long as ai is fair n transparent n doesn't become the final decision maker, seems like a reasonable way to save everyone's time as

i'm more interested in AI replacing repetitive work than replacing human judgment
